Members of Marylanders for Progress and the Maryland – Liberia Sister State Committee hosted Dr. Elizabeth Davis-Russell for a three-day visit to Maryland in early February. Dr. Davis Russell is the President of Tubman Technical College in Maryland County, Liberia. While visiting the state, Dr. Davis-Russell met with counterparts at several colleges and universities in the area.
