• This past fall, the Leningrad Oblast/City of St.
Petersburg, Russia Sister State Committee, together with the Rotary Club of
Frederick and the Rotary Club of Columbia, hosted a delegation of regional
administrators to highlight Maryland’s Smart Growth Initiative for municipal
leaders. Here in Kansas City, Director Mendy Nitsch talks with local
Maryland conference attendee, Shuan Butcher, President of the City of
Frederick Sister Cities Program, about the state program’s successful
partnering with other groups. |
